Sausage Cheeza on Portabella
- 4 whole Turkey Sausage Links
- 2 whole Large Portabella Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Regular Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Tangy Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 8 sprigs Chives, Chopped
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- Fry the turkey sausage links over medium heat until well browned and cooked.
- Set aside to cool.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wipe the mushrooms down with a damp cloth or paper towel to clean them.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking tray with flat side face up.
- In a bowl, mix together the 2 types of mayonnaise, the cheddar cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
- Chop the sausage into small pieces and add to the mayo mix.
- Top the mushrooms with the mayo mix and place into a 350F oven.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the mayo mix is bubbly.
- Serve immediately with a fresh salad.
