Triestine Iced Tea
- 16 ounces Cynar (artichoke liqueur)
- 8 ounces limoncello (lemon-flavored liqueur)
- Ice
- 20 ounces chilled club soda
- 8 lemon wedges
- In a pitcher, combine the Cynar and limoncello.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture and pour into 8 ice-filled collins glasses.
- Top each drink with 2 1/2 ounces club soda and stir, then garnish with a lemon wedge.
