Curry Lamb Burgers

  1. Combine the lamb mince with the breadcrumbs, cashews, chilli sauce, spices, garlic and egg, mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape into 4 large or 8 medium sized patties.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Shallow-fry patties in hot oil for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through.
  5. Combine the mayonnaise, peanut butter and spices to make the Indian sauce
  6. Serve burgers with salad greens on pita bread with a drizzle of Indian Sauce.
