custard cookies

• 250 grams flour
• 250 grams butter
• 150 grams custard powder
• 150 grams powdered sugar
• 1 egg

1. Beat egg with butter.
2. Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
3. Take a small ball of dough and place on greased baking tray.
4. Press it with a fork.
5. Preheat oven at 180C and bake for 15 min.
6. cool it for around 15 mins before removing.
