Swedish Meatballs (Kottbollar)
- 1 pound Ground Sirloin
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1/2 pounds Ground Veal
- 1 cup Half-and-Half Cream
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3 teaspoons Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Cloves
- 2 cloves Crushed Garlic
- 1 whole Small To Medium Sized Onion
- 1 cup Fine Dry Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- Butter, For Frying
- Mix together everything except bread crumbs and butter.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Form into small balls.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry in butter until golden brown.
- Drain.
- Serve warm.
- They are just as delicious cold the next day!
