Swedish Meatballs (Kottbollar)

  1. Mix together everything except bread crumbs and butter.
  2. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Form into small balls.
  4. Roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Fry in butter until golden brown.
  6. Drain.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. They are just as delicious cold the next day!
