Strawberry Cheese Pie

  1. In saucepan, heat marshmallows and milk over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until marshmallows are melted (or melt in microwave); cool.
  2. In small saucepan, combine gelatin and water; heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Combine cooled marshmallow mixture and gelatin; gradually beat into softened cream cheese.
  4. Drain berries, reserving syrup.
  5. Add water to syrup to equal 1 cup liquid.
  6. Stir syrup into gelatin mixture; chill until partially set.
  7. Whip gelatin mixture; fold in berries.
  8. Whip cream and fold into whipped gelatin mixture.
  9. Pour into pastry shell.
  10. Chill until set.
  11. Trim with more whipped cream and berries.
