Easy Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

  1. Mix together oil, applesauce, bananas and Eggbeaters.
  2. Add in pancake mix and lowfat milk.
  3. Stir in nuts.
  4. Spray 4 loaf pans with Pam.
  5. Pour batter into pans and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  6. (Check after 50 min.)
  7. Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cold on rack.
