Whole Cranberry Sauce- Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash the cranberries and pick out any bad ones.
  3. Spread cranberries in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the berries and cover tightly with foil.
  5. Seal around the edges.
  6. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes stirring the cranberries about mid-way.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the cranberries to cool approximately 8 to 10 hours before removing the foil.
  8. Sprinkle with brandy or orange juice, if desired.
  9. Enjoy!
