Cheese & Herb Grilled Bread
- 3 ounces (3/4 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (1-pound) loaf French or Italian bread, sliced diagonally 3/4-inch
- Heavy-duty aluminum foil
- Heat one side of gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Place coals to one side in charcoal grill.
- Combine all cheese spread ingredients in bowl.
- Spread onto cut-sides of bread slices.
- Wrap bread in aluminum foil; tightly seal top and ends.
- Place bread onto grill opposite heat.
- Close lid; grill, turning over after half the time, 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
