Bittersweet Chocolate-Peppermint Quick Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Add sugars; mix well.
  6. Blend in eggs, sour cream and extract.
  7. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda; mix well.
  8. Stir in MALLOW Bits.
  9. Spread into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  10. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min.
  11. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool in pan 10 min.
  13. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
  14. Cool completely.
