Shrimp Lamaze Sauce (Warwick Hotel) Recipe

• 1 pt. mayonnaise
• 1 pt. chili sauce
• 1/2 c. India relish
• 1 minced hard boiled Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon minced chives
• 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
• Salt and pepper
• A 1 sauce

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Add in salt and pepper to taste and chill.
3. Serve over cooked shrimp with a dash of A-1 sauce.
