Mixed Herb Pesto
- 13 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 13 cups Fresh Mint Leaves
- 13 cups Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 cups Shredded Parmsan Cheese
- 1 whole Lemon, Juice And Zest
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Or Grated
- 13 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Or As Needed To Reach Desired Consistency
- Place all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a blender or food processor.
- Turn the machine on low and stream in olive oil until youve reached your desired consistency.
- Serve as desired or freeze in an airtight container.
