Nutritious Rice Flour Pancakes for Weaning Babies

  1. Combine and sift the rice flour, kinako, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. I like to place the ingredients in a bag and shake.
  3. Add the soy milk and mix.
  4. Be careful not to over-knead.
  5. The dough will be a bit stiff, but don't add water!
  6. Spread some oil (not listed) on your heated electric griddle and pour the batter onto the griddle using a spoon.
  7. Don't worry about its shape here.
  8. Once one side has cooked, turn your pancake over, then press down on it using a spatula.
  9. Flatten to a thickness of about 1.5 cm.
  10. Turn over repeatedly and once both sides have cooked to a nice browned color, it's done!
