Beine Family Cucumber Salad

• 2 large cucumbers
• 1 medium onion
• 12 cup cider vinegar
• 14 cup oil
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 12 teaspoon season salt
• 18 teaspoon black pepper

1. Cut cucumbers and onion into very thin slices.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Be sure to chill before serving.
