Walking Taco
- 1 pound Ground Beef (or Cut, Cooked Chicken, Or Soy Sprinkles)
- 1/2 packages Taco Seasoning Mix
- 6 bags Corn Chips (like FritosTM) (Snack-sized)
- 1 cup Each Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese If Desired
- Brown and drain ground beef and follow the instructions on the taco seasoning envelope.
- Open FritoTM bags and just add the taco meat and cheese.
- You can eat it like that with a fork or open the bag further and scoop the taco fixings out with the chips.
- Add lettuce and tomato, sour cream if desired.
- If you are making this for a crowd, just spoon in the taco meat into the bag and add melted nacho cheese.
- This has been a hit for concession stands and other school functions.
- Substitute soy sprinkles or roasted vegetables prepared with taco seasoning mix for your vegetarians.
- This recipe is easy to double, triple and so forth as needed.
