Spiked Baked Beans

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Saute onions in oil until soft and translucent, 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add beans, ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, ground mustard and brown sugar, if using.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
