Porcupine Meatball Appetizers

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix meat, rice, cheese, onions, carrots and egg; shape into 36 small balls.
  3. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine pasta sauce and peppers; pour over meatballs.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through (160 degrees F).
