Thai Sweet Chili & Garlic Burger
- 3 qt. coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1 qt. sweet chili sauce
- 24 each beef patties (1/2 lb. each)
- 48 slices Colby Jack cheese, cut into 3/4-oz. slices
- 24 each sesame seed hamburger buns
- 24 each iceberg lettuce leaves
- 48 slices tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
- Combine coleslaw blend and chili sauce.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty to desired doneness.
- Top with 2 cheese slices; broil until melted.
- Fill 1 bun with 1 lettuce leaf, cheeseburger, 2 tomato slices, 1/2 cup coleslaw and 4 tsp.
