Chipped Beef Chicken Casserole Recipe

  1. Chop chipped beef and place in bottom of casserole.
  2. Wrap bacon around each chicken breast and place on top of chipped beef.
  3. Mix mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream; pour over top of chicken.
  4. Garnish with button mushrooms.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Take lid off and continue to bake for 15 min.
  7. Serve over rice.
