Beef And Broccoli Salad Recipe

  1. Prepare broccoli into flowerets and stems.
  2. Stir-fry the stems in 1/4 c. of oil in a large deep skillet for 2 min.
  3. Add in flowerets and continue to stir-fry for 4 min or possibly till crisp-tender.
  4. Transfer to large serving bowl.
  5. Stir-fry mushrooms in remaining oil for 4 min.
  6. Add in to broccoli.
  7. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and sugar together.
  8. Pour over vegetables and mix well.
  9. Stir in beef, artichoke hearts and avocado chunks.
  10. Refrigeratefor 3 to 4 hrs.
  11. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds just before.
  12. serving.
  13. Make 4 to 6 servings.
