Creamy Lemon Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Beat egg yolks in a medium sized bowl with rotary beater or fork; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.
  6. Chill at least 3 hours before serving and spread whipped topping over pie.
  7. Store covered leftovers in fridge.
