Spaghetti Chicken Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound frying chicken
- 1 (5 to 8 ounce.) spaghetti
- 3 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 green peppers, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 3 ounce. can pimento
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Boil chicken and remove meat from bones.
- Reserve broth to cook spaghetti.
- Saute/fry green peppers and onion in butter.
- Add in mushroom and chicken soup.
- Add in chicken and cheese and pimento.
- Mix well, add in cooked spaghetti and mix well.
- Put in greased casserole.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees till heated and bubbly.
- Serves 10.
- Can be frzn.
