Tenderloin Parmigina Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 (7 ounce.) pork tenderloins
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
- Beat egg; add in salt and pepper.
- Dip tenderloins in egg mix, then crumbs.
- Brown on both sides in oil.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake covered in 350 degree oven 30 min.
- Remove cover and top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Cook 10 min or possibly till cheese melts and meat reaches 170 degrees internal temperature.
- Serves 4-6.
