Baked Brown Sugar Chicken with Garlic

  1. Preheat stove to 450 degrees F. Line a baking dish or a cookie sheet with some aluminum foil and then very lightly coat with some cooking spray or very lightly brush with some oil.
  2. In a very small saute pan over medium heat, saute the garlic with the olive oil until nice and tender.
  3. Remove the garlic from heat and then stir in the brown sugar.
  4. Add some additional herbs and spices as needed.
  5. Place the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish and then cover all over with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
  6. Add some salt and a little pepper to taste.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 15-30 minutes, or until the juices begin to run clear.
  8. The cooking time will largely depend on the actual size and the thickness of your chicken.
