Chive & Onion Mashed Potatoes

• 2 lb. baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, quartered Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 to 25 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in milk, cream cheese spread and dressing until light and fluffy.
