Super Easy Cheese Mayo Toast

• 1 slice Sliced bread
• 20 grams Pizza cheese
• 10 -20 g Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
• 1/2 tbsp - 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

1. Mix together the cheese, chirimen jako, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
2. Smother a piece of btead with the mixture.
3. Toast in an oven toaster until lightly browned.
4. Enjoy!
5. It's so crispy and melted straight out of the oven!
