Sweet tart chicken

  1. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray and heat on medium high.
  2. Pound chicken to 3/8" thickness.
  3. Season on both sides with pepper and place in pan.
  4. Cook until brown, about 4 minutes, then flip.
  5. Cook an additional 4 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients.
  7. When chicken is brown on both sides, pour the sauce over chicken.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through and sauce is reduced.
