Sweet Wontons
- 10 wonton skins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cut wrappers in half diagonally, creating triangles.
- Place on prepared baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
- Brush wonton with egg and sprinkle evenly with sugar.
- Bake in preheated (475*) oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Let cool on pan or wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
