Sweet Wontons

  1. Cut wrappers in half diagonally, creating triangles.
  2. Place on prepared baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
  3. Brush wonton with egg and sprinkle evenly with sugar.
  4. Bake in preheated (475*) oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool on pan or wire rack.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
