Pork With Maple Vinegar Sauce Recipe

  1. Flatten pork.
  2. Season with pepper.
  3. Heat butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Saute/fry pork till brown.
  5. Transfer to plate.
  6. Add in shallots to same skillet.
  7. Cook 1 minute.
  8. Mix mustard and broth and simmer 5 min.
  9. Stir in maple syrup and vinegar.
  10. Simmer till liquids are reduced, about 5 min.
  11. Return pork; simmer till tender.
