Banana Fudge Brownies
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cup Hodgson Mill 50/50 flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
- Melt margarine and chocolate chips in a 3 qt.
- saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Beat in remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon until thoroughly blended.
- Spread evenly in a 13x9-inch pan (grease bottom only).
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool completely.
