Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

  1. Cut roast into medium size chunks.
  2. Mix broth, consomme and soup in the crockpot.
  3. Add roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  5. Shred meat with a fork.
  6. Warm or toast bread.
  7. Place meat on rolls, top with cheese and serve with the juices from the crockpot.
