Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches
- 2 pounds Pot Roast
- 10 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
- 10 ounces, fluid Beef Consomme
- 10 ounces, fluid French Onion Soup
- 6 whole Sandwich Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
- Cut roast into medium size chunks.
- Mix broth, consomme and soup in the crockpot.
- Add roast.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred meat with a fork.
- Warm or toast bread.
- Place meat on rolls, top with cheese and serve with the juices from the crockpot.
