Honolulu Punch
- 2 (46 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 (1 pt. 12 oz.) bottles pale dry ginger ale
- 1 (1 pt. 12 oz.) bottle carbonated water
- Combine
- fruit
- juices,
- frozen concentrates and sugar; chill thoroughly.
- Add chilled ginger ale and carbonated water just before
- serving;
- pour
- over
- large block of ice in punch bowl. If
- desired,
- float
- a
- flower on ice and garnish punch with mint leaves.
- Small
- pieces
- of
- dry ice may be added to chilled punch in bowl; the punch will have white smoke rising from bowl and will bubble in an unusual way.
- Yield:
- 35 to 40 servings.
