Whole Grain Meat Loaf Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 3/4 c. uncooked oat cereal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. tomato juice
- Mix grnd beef, oats, egg, and onion together.
- Add in salt, pepper and garlic pwdr.
- Add in tomato juice and mix well.
- Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Serve with cooked broccoli and brown rice.
- Add in a salad of shredded carrots.
