Whole Grain Meat Loaf Recipe

  1. Mix grnd beef, oats, egg, and onion together.
  2. Add in salt, pepper and garlic pwdr.
  3. Add in tomato juice and mix well.
  4. Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
  6. Serve with cooked broccoli and brown rice.
  7. Add in a salad of shredded carrots.
