Amish Rhubarb Jam Recipe
- 5 c. Rhubarb -- diced
- 6 ounce Jello -- strawberry
- 4 c. Sugar
- Mix rhubarb and sugar together and let stand overnight.
- In morning, cook mix till rhubarb is soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in jello till it is dissolved.
- Jar andseal.
