Favourite Chocolate Mousse

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over milk in medium saucepan; let stand 1 min.
  2. Cook on low heat 3 min.
  3. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  4. Add chocolate; cook 5 min.
  5. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
  6. Blend in vanilla.
  7. Place saucepan in large bowl of ice water.
  8. Stir chocolate mixture 3 min.
  9. or until slightly thickened.
  10. Pour into large bowl.
  11. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
  12. Spoon evenly into 12 dessert glasses.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours or until chilled.
