Smoked Salmon Appetizer with Chive Cream Cheese Spread

- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 4 tsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 4 tsp. green onions, minced
- 56 each mixed beet and yam vegetable chips
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- - smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 4x1-inch strips)
- Beat cream cheese until creamy.
- Blend in sour cream, whipping cream, chives, zest, lemon juice and onions.
- Spoon about 1/2 Tbsp.
- cream cheese mixture onto each vegetable chip.
- Sprinkle pepper onto small plate.
- Dip one edge of each salmon strip in pepper; roll up loosely like a rose.
- Place 1 on each chip.
