Kale, Potato and Sausage Soup

  1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in dressing in Dutch oven or stockpot on medium heat 5 min.
  2. Add potatoes and broth; stir.
  3. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 25 min.
  4. or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in kale and sausage; simmer 3 min.
  6. or just until kale is wilted.
  7. Add parsley and cheese; stir.
