Citrus Punch
- 3 (64 ounce) bottles cranberry juice
- 4 (46 ounce) bottles pineapple juice
- 2 (2 quart) cartons orange juice
- 4 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
- 4 tablespoons almond extract
- 3 oranges, sliced 1/4 inch
- 5 (10 lb) bagsbagged ice
- In a 2 (5-gallon) buckets, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and almond extract (divided equally among the buckets).
- Just before your event, add ginger ale to the mix.
- Because the 5-gallon buckets will be too heavy and cumbersome to lift easily, fill a 1-gallon bucket with punch and pour into the punch bowl.
- Don't fill the bowl to the top - you'll need to add ice.
- Use the smaller bucket to refill the punch during your event.
- Place the sliced oranges into the bowl to allow them to float on top of the punch.
- Always add the ice to the punch bowl, not to the buckets.
