Crispy Beancurd Top Wasabi Mayonnaise And Chili Flake

  1. Deep fried beancurd skin for few second then drain on pepper towel
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with wasabi paste and drizzle some parsley flake
  3. Serve the crispy beancurd top with generously wasabi mayonnaise and top with some chili flake and serve
