Latina's Shepard's Pie
- 2 envelope Brown Gravy
- 1 box Garlic Mashed Potato
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 3 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic miced
- 1 can Mixed Vegetable
- 2 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese divided in half
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Cook ground beef and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- While that is cooking prepare gravy and mix with can of mixed vegetable and set aside.
- Make Garlic Mashed Potato and put an extra 1/2 cup of milk to make potatoes creamier.
- When meat is cooked, drain out any excess oil.
- Mix gravy mixture with meat and place in the 9x13 pan.
- Top with half of cheese and cover entire meat mixture.
- Spread mashed potatoes and then put remaining cheese.
- Put in oven for 25 minutes.
- Then put on broil for 5 mins to make cheese a little crispy.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving..
