Hawaiian Golden Carrots

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Mix carrots and pineapple in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Combine reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, tapioca, salt and butter.
  4. Pour over the carrot mixture.
  5. Bake covered at 350* for 30 min.
