Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. In a smaller bowl, mash banana with oil until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Fold banana mixture into dry mixture until blended.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Place bowl in freezer for 5 minutes to harden dough.
  8. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Place tablespoons of dough one inch apart on sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
