Triple Veggie Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup torn fresh basil leaves
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with pesto to within 1/2-inch of edge.
- Top with mushrooms, peppers and onions.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
