Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Nachos Party
- 1 boneless pork loin (3 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- Juice from 1 orange (about 1/2 cup)
- 24 oz. tortilla chips
- 3 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 3 cups chopped ripe tomatoes (about 4 medium)
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- Cut meat into large chunks; place in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with cumin.
- Pour barbecue sauce, then orange juice over meat; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
- Remove meat from slow cooker; cool.
- Meanwhile, remove cooking liquid from slow cooker; refrigerate 30 min.
- Skim and discard fat from surface of cooking liquid.
- Chop meat or pull into shreds with 2 forks; place in large bowl.
- Add enough of the reserved cooking liquid to moisten meat.
- Spread 8 oz.
- chips onto each of 3 large microwaveable platters.
- Top each with layers of 2/3 cup pork mixture, and 1/2 cup each cheese and tomatoes; repeat layers.
- Top with olives.
- Microwave, 1 platter at a time, on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
