Litte Shrimp Pastries
- 6 sheets puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- 50 g aged cheese, grated
- 50 g dutch shrimp (brown)
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
- Defrost the puff pastry and cut them into squares approximately 5x5 cm.
- Butter a cupcake pan and press two squares in each hole.
- (Put them so that they form little starts, with the second square 1/8th turned towards the other square.)
- Be sure to stretch them a little bit so that the hole is covered nicely.
- Whisk in a bowl the eggs with the pesto, cream and cheese.
- Divide the mixture over the puff pastry cups.
- Now, put as much shrimps as you like in every cup.
- Cook the pastries for about 15 minutes.
