Easy Hot Cheese Pita Pockets Recipe

  1. Place tomato slices in pita bread.
  2. Toss together cheese, meat, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots and green onion.
  3. Fill each pita bread with 1/2 c. vegetable mix.
  4. Microwave on High 3 to 5 min or possibly till cheese begins to heat.
  5. Serve with combined yogurt and mustard.
  6. Makes 4 sandwiches.
  7. Prep Time: 15 min.
  8. Cooking Time: 5 min.
