Limbel/Limber (Puerto Rican Icee)

  1. Whisk in the half and half into the cream of coconut.
  2. Stir in the coconut milk, water, and vanilla.
  3. Pour into 3 ice trays or any small cups, mini bowls, cupcake pan or popsicle molds.
  4. Allow to freeze until solid.
