Hot Pepper Turkey Marinate

  1. This recipe has always been done on a 20 lbs turkey and I usually multiple the recipe 8 times for the 20 lb turkey or 4 times for a 10 lb turkey.
  2. Marinate cavity, pour over turkey and rub into skin marinate overnight in refrigerator (Do not cover with aluminum in refrigerator).
  3. Cook uncovered as usual.
