Hot Pepper Turkey Marinate
- 5 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pastene hot crushed bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- This recipe has always been done on a 20 lbs turkey and I usually multiple the recipe 8 times for the 20 lb turkey or 4 times for a 10 lb turkey.
- Marinate cavity, pour over turkey and rub into skin marinate overnight in refrigerator (Do not cover with aluminum in refrigerator).
- Cook uncovered as usual.
