A Decorative Way to Cut Sudachi Citrus Fruit

• 1 Sudachi citrus fruit

1. Cut the sudachi in half crosswise.
2. Slice off a thin piece of peel from the cut edge as shown.
3. Don't cut it off entirely.
4. Tie the cut peel as shown.
5. Done!
