Chicken & Cauliflower in Barbecue Sauce with Lemon Flavoring
- 2 Chicken thighs
- 1/2 Cauliflower
- 1/4 Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Tonkatsu Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 lemon's worth Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp White flour
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Rub in salt, pepper, flour, and curry powder, and set aside.
- Boil the cauliflower and set aside.
- Tear the lettuce by hand and cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all the flavoring ingredients and set aside.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the meat until all sides are golden brown.
- Remove excess oil, then add the cauliflower and cook.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- In the frying pan, add the flavoring ingredients and simmer slightly.
- Pour over the meat and serve.
